You should delete these images or at least provide a link from where you found this work! Those artist have a very strict statement of not use or show their work in any place without their permission and you are violating that. Show some respect for the artist who are doing the work that you so proudly submit into this page, show some respect to the knowlege an effort this people do!! Try to do something yourself, don't be such a loser and learn how to do a photomanipulation or photo! Don't take copyright law and use it as toilet paper, you wouldn't like to see your work shown in another website without any credit, without even a link. Please be mature.....
Visitor, about which works in this post you mean? To tell the truth I can't understand this indignation. I'm photographer and me to spit on what networks was distributed my works. But if it revolts you, I shall take measures.

At least one artist is very upset about it: yumi-iko.deviantart.com/journal/31632596/ . For any image posted on this site to be legal, permission must be obtained. Since you do not have permission, you are breaking international copyright law.
Oh. Dear guest. This community is dedicated to Gothic Art in any manifestation. We really respect and appreciate such beautiful works and I can persuade you, _nobody_ here tries to plagiarize or claim somebody’s art as one's own. I watch it over and for this we have a special teg "Creativity of members". I would also like to pay your attention to paragraph 5 of the rules of the community: "5. По возможности указывать автора размещаемых работ и ссылки на их галереи." which means "To state the authors of the posting art and links to their galleries, if possible". Personally I do it always if know the author, or ask the permission for posting. I also demand other members to do the same. Mari Nonsense did not claim these works as her own. She is a beautiful photographer herself and simply doesn't need this. Moreover - there is a copyright almost at every photo in this post. If you give me the links to the galleries of the authors of these works - I will state them with pleasure or will speak to them about permission

However, even if the original author has not been found, it is still breaking copyright law to post images, unless there is an orphaned works law in Russia. Even then, sufficient proof of due diligence would have to be provided. Even with all this, I see no links to any galleries whatsoever, except for the ironic copyright notifications on the images themselves, which you yourself have recognized. Those copyright notifications mean the author has not waived any of their rights, and since Russia acceded to the Berne Convention which describes those rights, it is fully illegal to have them here, no matter the stated purpose of the site. Moreover, the author is not required to restate their right to copyright protection for that protection to be in full effect.

It took me about 10 minutes to find their information, indicating that Mari Nonsense either made no effort whatsoever to find it, has no idea how to go about such a task, or considered the copyright on the images sufficient (which they're not, by any means). I will not do the legwork of finding the owners of the rest of these images for you, as I am here merely to point out that you have angered at least one artist by posting her image here without permission (I provided a link in my earlier post), and ask on her behalf that the image be removed.

I have written Melanie as soon as got the possibility to contact her, but, unfortunately, didn't get any reply, Strange, taking to consideration how strong was her desire to speak to somebody from here... Having no answer, I have to delete her works, as I am a bit an artist to, and understand how unpleasant it is. But again, our aim is to collect the most beautiful art, people to enjoy it and to know it's authors. And I would state her authorship with a great pleasure.
